Carbon Shovel
• Pure carbon laminated with high quality resin with a 12,000 thread weft.
• 100% industrial construction by vacuum infusion at high temperature to eliminate any possibility of microbubbles in the structure and obtain a very compact and reactive blade.
• Decreasing profile from a maximum thickness of 3 mm in the area of fit with the foot pocket (same as that of the plastic version to minimize energy loss per coupling) up to 1 mm at the tip with 5 different phases.
• External cosmetics with matt finish to prevent unwanted reflections.
• Lace-shovel lace zone, especially delicate in terms of fracture possibilities, with various technologies to minimize risks. Hole for assembly screws made with mold, not machined, to minimize possibility of breakage at this point. Profile in the area of annulment rocking-shovel rounded. Elastic internal lamina.
• Three levels of hardness:
LD: soft for fishermen of reduced wingspan and / or who make long trips and fishing at medium depths
MD: the most versatile version. Medium hardness for fishermen of average span that combine displacements with fishing of all kinds, even at great depth
HF: medium / high hardness for fishermen of greater age, fishing in surf and fishing at great depth, especially with constant weight

Calzante
New foot pocket with two materials, specially calibrated to fully enjoy the benefits of carbon and the power transmission foot-foot-shovel. The nerves reduce the hardness of the mixture by 20% compared to the previous version and the soft rubber zone of the foot pocket has a firmer composition to improve the transmission of energy. The new foot pocket combines two materials, a thermoplastic rubber shore 70º, flexible but inelastic and very resistant applied to the nerves, to the entire sole of the foot pocket and to the exclusive band of subjection on the instep destined so that the transmission of the effort is immediate without dissipating in gummy compositions.
The instep incorporates in its center a band of 2 cm of amplitude "Self adjusting", which allows a slight dilation (from 2 to 4 mm according to size) to adapt to people with high instep or in case of use of thick booties. The dilatation has been carefully calibrated so as not to impair the transmission of energy.
The volume of the foot pocket has been dimensioned after deep anatomical studies, in such a way that the volumes are proportional to the widening effect caused by the foot pocket depending on the foot size. It does not follow a fixed size-to-size ratio because proportionally a small foot "fattens" much more than a large foot when putting on shoes.
