The simplest and most effective anchor in the world.
• Very fast deployment without tools.
• Instant grip.
• High repositioning capacity.
• Ideal as main anchor or auxiliary or reserve anchor.
Technical Details:
• Ankerplex consists of three high-quality standardized flat steel plates, designed in such a way that, with a simple interlocking mechanism and securing them with a shackle at the end, the assembly quickly forms a three-dimensional, rigid, and self-supporting unit. This design ensures optimal performance in terms of positioning, seabed penetration speed, holding capacity, and repositioning during changes in trajectory.
• It has no moving parts, eliminating any possibility of jamming during use or damage during handling.
• This feature (cut flat plates) facilitates production, storage, and transportation, while also allowing for easy stowage as a secondary or spare anchor. Additionally, it offers the advantage of especially quick assembly for use, with no possibility of errors, no need for tools, and without compromising its strength and operational capacity.
• Manufacturing is done using standard steel plates, with high-precision robotic cutting and surface finishing. The production of the Ankerplex anchor involves no welding or bending processes, ensuring that its characteristics remain unchanged for life.
• Ankerplex is produced and marketed in various sizes to meet the anchoring and spare anchor needs of all types of vessels: from kayaks, jet skis, or small boats to sailboats and yachts over twenty tons.
• The aluminum models are made from AL5083 and AL5754 aluminum-magnesium alloys to achieve the necessary mechanical strength, lightness, and durability through an anodized finish. These are ideal as lightweight auxiliary anchors for occasional or intermittent use, such as in competition vessels, seaplanes, etc., or any application where low weight is an added value.
• The manufacturing processes for Ankerplex are carried out with the most advanced technology using high-precision robotic systems in a factory with quality and environmental certifications.
• The entire production of Ankerplex and its quality is inspected and controlled unit by unit by expert personnel.
