The bag is equipped with a removable bag and Velcro fastening to hold ballast (stones, pebbles, etc.) of about 14 kg (recommended weight). This bag can also be used to stow the leftover anchor line, thus preventing any risk of drooping on the rudder blade or drifting when passing the buoy.
The bottom handle is used to secure the anchor line when the buoy is used as a classic regatta buoy.
