● 5 to 10 times lighter than a stainless steel shackle and has additional benefits:

Silent maneuvers, no rattling, less risk of injury if you hit a crew member.
No risk of losing the shackle shaft, no shackle locked due to corrosion.
It bends and twists: when a block is attached to a fixed element (pad eye, pen), the soft shackle allows the block to spin freely where a metal shackle would not.
